The Nomad doesn’t work, seldom eats but always surfs. He can be found in France, Spain, Morocco, Portugal, The Islands, or on the coast of California. Dennis Cuyler followed the Nomads for two years, filming in five countries. Includes California surfers grasping the newest revolution in surfing of “The Short Board”.
